Sped or speeded?
I found these when I was looking for something else on an old disc full of crap that I'd once cleaned off my hard drive. They're from about four years ago, when I first got a sound editing program on my computer. As you'll be able to tell, I was just mucking about. Not clever, not really very interesting, but they make me giggle: sped (or should it be 'speeded'?) up versions of Teenage Kicks by The Undertones and Close To You by The Carpenters.

Speeded. 'Sped' is the verb - 'he sped off' - 'speeded' is the adjective.
Maybe. Dunno really. All I know is that 'dove' (as the past tense of 'dive') is very wrong and is solely used by cretins specifically to annoy me. Grrr.
So it's "dived," then?
I was always unsure about that one, too.
Wow - I went through a phase of doing this EXACTLY same thing. Its a great way of killing time!

See The Dickies did that kind of stuff and they weren't clever either. Or maybe they were; Paranoid and Banana Splits at 100mph anyone?:P
