January mix
Sneaking in just before the month is over, here's the January Mix. There's no theme or anything, just a bunch of songs I've listen to a lot over the past couple of weeks.
The Osmonds "Crazy Horses"
The Archies "Jingle Jangle"
Chad and Jeremy "A Summer Song"
Bart Davenport "Beg Steal Borrow"
Art Garfunkel "Break Away"
Gilbert O'Sullivan "Alone Again (Naturally)"
Jon Brion "Monday"
Syd Barrett "Here I Go"
Robert Sean Leonard and Steve Zahn "The Lonely 1"
Daniel Johnston "Some People Don't Even Know If It's Christmas Time"
Beck "Lost Cause"
Mercury Rev "Endlessly"
Queen "You're My Best Friend"
I suppose I should say a few words about the current status of this blog. I still stand by what I said in November, that the blog is kinda over. But, I think it's only over in the sense that I'll no longer be writing about stuff that happens in my life (although I will just say this: I'm going to see Shakira tonight and I'm exceedingly excited!).
I've realised over the past seven weeks that I do need something like this though; something that allows me to do little things, like the Lego stuff, to keep my brain ticking over. In fact, it'll probably end up being a lot like the old Technically Perfect Hair stuff I used to do.
I have a massive case of writer's block at the moment. I've got no ideas of what to do next for FFF. Nothing at all. And sitting around twiddling my thumbs is doing me no good, so Lego and Post-it notes on TV screens it'll have to be until my head sorts itself out.
Anyway, hope you enjoy the mix. Have a good weekend.

Ah, Crazy Horses. The Osmonds attempting to be edgy. With horses.
it's as good as ever x
This is my favouritest one so far. I've even bought some CDs because of it, which doesn't happen very often.
Thanks.
"A Summer Song" is one of my all time favorite songs.
Well done.
b.
I thought I was the only person who liked "Break Away."
