I'm off to Athens to watch a football match this week. I've never been to Athens before, and I'm not gonna be there for long. Anyone got any tips? What should I see in the twelve sight-seeing hours I have before the game?
to get you a coffee ask for "thee ploh espresso meh zes toe ga la ksekorees ta" (Double espresso with hot milk on the side) If you ask for a cappuccino you might get a fredo, which is an iced cappuccino.

Dear Friend,
You should see the one with the columns. And the pyramids.
Have fun Craig in Athens and don't forget to see the smiling girl statues in the Acropolis Museum...
And as you go down from Acropolis, have a cold beer in Plaka or Monastiraki.
Go reds!

Things to see in Athens tonight? Pissed-up scallies nicking bits of pedimental statuary, most likely. After all, it's up on blocks already.
