Also, in preseason action: Jason Giambi christened the new right-field party deck at Legends Field with a three-run homer in the first inning, the slugger's first homer of the spring. Giambi added a run-scoring double up the gap in left-center in the third. Jason Lane belted a solo homer, his first, in the second inning, and tripled in the fourth.
Come back to the northern hemisphere already!!!

Wait, weren't we supposed to be catching some preseaon Yankees stuff this Spring? I bet your flip flops will play well in Florida. Otherwise: get back to some airports, I want more of the grouchy stuff!!!
Ah, spring training 2009, amigo. That'll be fine. South America is too much fun to rush it. But, fear not, we'll be in the Bronx later in the season to wish the Stadium farewell.
